Serving our residential customers is the core of our business therefore, we try to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with our efforts.

Propane Delivery
We offer residential propane service to the Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas areas. Residential deliveries are the backbone of our company. For that reason, we try to keep all of our customers’ propane tanks at a sufficient level to insure they do not run out of gas at crucial times. To become one of our “keep checked” customers contact your local Welch Propane office. However, if you prefer to be a “will call” customer we ask that you give us three days notice when your tank is on 10% or more.

Tank Installation
We have propane tanks available for sale or lease ranging from 150 gallons up to 1,000 gallons. Underground tanks are available in 325 gallons, 500 gallons, and 1,000 gallons. Installation includes up to 15 feet of yard line and 100 gallons of propane in addition to a pressure test insuring that the system is safe. Customers are provided with safety packets to inform them of propane and its characteristics.

Service, Repair and Gas Piping
Servicemen are available from our offices to assist our customers with their propane needs. We offer service calls in home and at our offices, depending on the individual situation. Our servicemen are also available to install gas piping for new appliances or repair of existing piping.

Heaters, Fireplaces, Gas Logs, Grills & Mosquito Traps
Heaters, Fireplaces, Gas Logs and Grills are all available at each one of our four locations. Customers are welcome to come view the various features on all of our appliances. Cylinder Filling
All of our offices provide bottle-filling services Monday-Friday during regular office hours. In addition, our Atlanta location is open from 11 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays and in Texarkana from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Our servicemen will fill your portable tank and check it out for any damages or repairs.

State and Local Rebates
State and local rebates are available through our company. The State of Texas offers rebates through several programs, to get details on the Texas rebates call 1-800-64-CLEAR or call your local Welch Propane office. Consumers can calculate their monthly energy usage for propane by going to: www.usepropane.com/homeowner/calculator/pcinput.htm. 

Rebates are also available at a local level as well. Our new construction rebate plan is designed to save the new homeowner and building contractor hundreds of dollars during the construction and over the life of the home. We will provide the forms and assistance in order to fill out the appropriate paperwork to receive these rebates. Contact your local Welch Propane office for the stipulations of our rebate program.
